Q: How long does each Laser Hair Removal procedure take?
A: The time varies for each procedure and multiple procedures spread over a period of time are needed for full hair removal. In order to be effective, the hair must be in the growth phase when the laser treatment is done. The time for a laser treatment can vary from as few as 15 minutes for a small area to as much as and hour and a half for a large area being treated.
Q: Are there any side effects such as inflammation from having hair laser removed?
A: No, although you may notice that the laser treated hair has a different texture and will readily fall out.
Q: Does Laser Hair Removal hurt?
A: No, although for very dark or coarse hair, a tingling or stinging sensation may be felt. If you have any concerns, please discuss with the aesthetician.
Q: Will I have to treat the removal area with any medicines or ointments?
A: No, once your laser hair procedure is finished, you don’t have to do anything with the area.
